On Foot – There are 50 miles of lanes and footpaths on Alderney, making it an excellent place for walking. Maps and walking routes are available at the Braye Beach reception. There are several detailed walk leaflets which show different aspects of the island including The Gannet Trail, Burhou and Clonque Bay, Les Rochers Trail, Longis Nature Reserve and The Zig-Zag and Fort Clonque.
By Bike – Auto-Motion is in¬†Braye Harbour, a 5 minute walk from Braye Beach. Bikes can be hired for ¬£10 a day and electric bikes for ¬£20 a day. Call 01481¬†823352 or email¬†firstname.lastname@example.org.
By Taxi – Taxis can be organised through the hotel reception. By Minibus Tour – Alderney Tours runs 3 weekly tours around the island, giving a historical and social commentary as you go.
