The menu changes seasonallyÂ with the chefs sourcing the freshest and best produce for the menu. They have a good relationship with all the local suppliers. Gentle farming methods used locally means happier animals, which in turn gives better quality produce. The seafood available at Braye is the freshest it gets, you canâ€™t beat fish straight from sea to plate.
Head chefs Stephen and Glenn and their team thrive on making sure you have a happy and enjoyable experience and cater for many different tastes. From modern dishes to simple classics, the emphasis always being the taste, freshness and presentation of the produce they serve. They focus on what the island has to offer from the sea to the beaches and fields, picking home seasonal produce and meeting the local farmers and fishermen. Foraging for wild foods and using their experience and passion to bring it all together in aÂ plate.
Breakfast at the Braye consists of a full Alderney or a selection of buffet style continental breakfast. Lunch is a relaxed experience with a modern bar menu serving a range of dishes from pork scrumpetsÂ and delicious fish and chips toÂ lobster and crab salads, which can all be eaten on the balcony while soaking up the sun and watching the tide come in. Dinner is a varied modern menu with lots of choice and many different influences but always staying true to the Braye philosophy of fresh local produce. After all fresh is best.
