More About The Hotel
Braye Beach was voted 6th best hotel in the UK in the 2014 Trip Advisor Travellers Choice Awards. We are delighted to say we were also voted 24th best hotel in the UK for customer service in 2014. With rooms finished to a high standard, a cinema, lounges, and excellent dining options, Braye offers a unique blend of personality and traditional luxury.
Let me introduce myself and tell you the story of how the hotel began… I am Derek Coates, the owner of Braye Beach Hotel and I first fell in love with Alderney way back in 1963 as a 15 year old schoolboy. I came with my father, then head of civil engineering for the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
Eat & Drink at Braye
The eateries at Braye serves up a range of tasty dishes with presentation and taste both equally important to the chefs. The menu changes seasonally with the chefs sourcing the freshest and best produce for the menu. They have a great relationship with all the local suppliers from fishermen to pig farmers and also source from France.
